Level scripts mark prices where the market turned or paused before. Some calculate them with a formula, such as daily pivots; others find swing highs and lows automatically.
Automatic levels built from pivots or swings often appear a few bars after the turn they mark. That is normal, but it means the line was not on the chart at the moment price turned.
