About Indicators Scripts
An indicator reads price and volume and draws something from them: a line, a band, zones, labels or a coloured background. It never places trades. Some sit on the price chart (overlays), others in a pane below it, such as RSI or MACD.
Most indicators here come with their source code, so you can see exactly how each value is calculated. Read the Risk Notes on each page: an indicator that repaints can show signals on past bars that were never there in real time.
