• Server logs — Your IP address, browser and the pages you request are written to standard web-server logs, and are used to keep the site up, debug errors and stop abuse.
• Rate limiting — Our data API counts requests per IP address for a short window so one visitor cannot overload it.
• Alert subscriptions — Only if you turn on browser alerts. See below.
• Usage measurement — Google Analytics records the pages you open and what you do on them: clicks, searches, filters, calculator use, how far you scroll, how long you stay, and errors or slow page loads. It also reports your device, browser, referrer and an approximate location from your IP address.

We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we do not run advertising trackers. You can switch usage measurement off for this browser under Your rights.

Google Analytics sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_…) to tell repeat visits apart. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are measured without those cookies. Everything else is kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us:

• Light or dark theme
• The instrument you last viewed and your calendar filters
• Chart settings, indicators and any drawings you place

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. Cloudflare, our CDN, may set its own security cookies to tell humans from bots.

These services can see your IP address because your browser talks to them directly:

• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS and bot protection for every page
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland/LLC) — Usage measurement on every page
• OneSignal — Delivers browser alerts, only if you turn them on
• CoinGecko — Crypto and gold prices, only on the zakat calculators
• GitHub — Author avatars and repository links in the EA and Pine Script libraries; the Copy button on some Pine scripts reads the file from GitHub
• flagcdn.com — Country flags in the economic calendar

Our market data providers are contacted by our server, not by your browser, so they receive nothing about you.

Alerts are off until you turn them on from the bell at the top of any page, and your browser asks for your permission first.

• We store a random subscription ID for your browser, the pairs you follow and the alerts you chose. No name, email or account is involved.
• OneSignal, our alert delivery service, holds the technical details your browser needs to receive alerts, such as the push address and browser type.
• Turn alerts off from the bell, or block notifications for forexr.com in your browser settings. Subscriptions that are turned off are deleted after 180 days.

Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Server logs rotate automatically and are kept only as long as they are useful for security and troubleshooting. Alert subscriptions are kept while they are active, and deleted 180 days after they are switched off. We never sell, rent or trade your data.

Because we hold no account data, most of this is in your hands:

ForexR is a free market-information site: live rates and charts, calculated levels, an economic calendar and news, written guides, calculators, an expert advisor library, broker comparisons and automated market commentary. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time.

Important: ForexR does NOT provide financial, investment or trading advice, and does not sell signals. Everything here is general information and education. It knows nothing about your finances, your goals or your risk tolerance. Consult a qualified, licensed adviser before making any investment decision.

Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Prices shown are indicative and may be delayed, interrupted or wrong. Calculated levels depend on that data, and on which session a provider treats as a trading day. Calculator results are estimates: your broker’s contract sizes, spreads, swaps and commissions decide the real figures. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of anything on the site. Verify with your broker before you trade.

Articles under Market analysis are produced automatically: code computes every figure, software writes the text from that data and checks it before publishing, and the bylines are named AI analyst identities rather than real people. This is disclosed on every article and explained in full on our methodology page. Automated checks reduce errors but cannot eliminate them — tell us if you spot one.

Expert advisors in the EA Library and scripts in the Pine Script Library are written by third parties and published under their own licences; we link to the source, show Pine code only where its licence allows it, and do not review, test or endorse the code, and past results never predict future results. Broker profiles summarise information those brokers and their regulators publish — always check the current terms with the broker. News headlines belong to their publishers and link back to them.

ForexR is funded by advertising and affiliate partnerships. Some broker links are partner links, and we may earn a commission if you open an account through one, at no extra cost to you. Paid placements are advertising. Commercial relationships never change a calculated level, a price or the data an automated article is written from.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy or redistribute our content without permission
• Overload our servers or data API with excessive requests
• Use automated tools to access the site without our consent

The content, design and code of ForexR are owned by Forex Revolution Project or licensed from third parties. Market data remains the property of its providers. Charts are drawn with the open-source KLineChart library under its Apache-2.0 licence; expert advisor code stays under its authors’ licences.

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Every signal is a practice (paper) trade. It is tracked against live prices and no real money is involved. Fills, stops and targets are worked out from the price feed with deliberately cautious rules, so a result here is a model of a trade, not a trade that was placed with a broker.

Signals are information and education. They are not investment advice, a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell anything, and they do not take your circumstances, goals or risk tolerance into account.

We do not promise that any signal will reach its entry, targets or stop, or that the track record will continue. Past results are not a forecast of future results. Trading leveraged products can lose you more than you expect and is not suitable for everyone.

If you choose to trade a level you saw on ForexR, you are responsible for that decision, your position size and your losses. Use a size you can afford to lose.

Signal levels come from our own price feed. Your broker's prices, spreads, swaps and execution will differ, so the same level may fill earlier, later or not at all.

Signals are published before they are entered and are not edited or removed afterwards, including losing ones. Each carries a SHA-256 fingerprint of its levels that anyone can check on the signal page. Signals tracked privately before launch are labelled as such.
