Overview

Supertrend computes upper and lower trailing bands using the Average True Range (ATR) based on a configurable multiplier and period. Users can choose between standard ATR or an SMA-based true range calculation. When price closes beyond the active trailing band, the trend flips, plotting visual buy or sell labels, trend-start shapes, and background fill highlights.
