FAQ

What is a good risk-reward ratio?

Many traders look for at least 1:2 — risking one to make two — so that winners outweigh losers over time.

How does it relate to win rate?

The higher your reward-to-risk, the lower the win rate you need to break even. At 1:2 you only need to win about a third of trades.
