Early Reversal OB checks for a local swing extreme on the second closed bar followed by an immediate engulfing reversal candle on the prior closed bar. An optional volume filter requires the confirmation bar's volume to exceed its 20-period moving average, while a minimum bar spacing setting prevents signal clustering.
