Overview
Instead of traditional crossovers, it tracks consecutive rising or falling values on the MACD line. It enters long positions after a configurable number of consecutive rising MACD bars and exits when the line falls for a specified number of consecutive bars. Main settings allow adjusting fast and slow moving average lengths, rise and dip thresholds, equity position sizing, and backtesting date ranges. The strategy does not include a stop loss.
