Overview

MACD Crossover (tutorial) enters long positions when the MACD line crosses above the signal line and enters short positions when it crosses below. Position sizing uses a fixed quantity of one unit. Configurable settings adjust the fast length, slow length, signal smoothing, and input source. Notably, there are no stop loss, take profit, or independent exit rules, so positions only close upon an opposing crossover signal.
