Overview

Williams Fractals detects local price extrema by comparing a center bar's high or low against surrounding bars across a configurable period setting. Bullish and bearish fractals are plotted directly on the main price chart as up and down triangles below and above the respective bars. Because fractals require subsequent bars to complete verification, shapes are plotted with a negative offset and appear retroactively once confirmed.
