Overview
WED & MIDNIGHT DST System (Alerts) captures the first Wednesdays of each month around 20:30 SAST, shifting the clock for US daylight saving time, and plots the high and low of the 00:00 UTC+2 candle on the 15-minute timeframe. Markers show when a candle wick touches an active Wednesday line. Email and push alerts fire on Wednesday or midnight wick touches, with a cooldown. It has no entries, exits, or stop rules.
