Overview
VWMA_WF draws a long label when price is at or below the lower band and a down fractal is confirmed, and it sends a short alert when price is at or above the upper band, an up fractal is confirmed, and close is above 0.015. The short and long offset inputs set the band distance. It is an indicator with alerts, not a strategy, so it has no entries, exits, or stops. The hourly source can still change while that bar is forming.
