Overview

Velocity (VEL) calculates the raw difference between the current price and the price from a specified lookback period, then applies adaptive JMA smoothing to reduce lag and noise. The resulting indicator plots as a single line in a separate pane below the chart. Input options allow users to customize the input source price and lookback period length.
