Overview
V5 Concepts Bar States 02 creates one persistent label on the first bar and, when the current bar is the last bar, moves that label to the bar high and sets its text to the high formatted to the symbol minimum tick. It has no user inputs and does not generate entries, exits, or alerts. The label refreshes on realtime updates of the live bar, so its text follows the developing high until that bar closes.
