Overview

Triple Exponential Average (TRIX) plots the resulting series as a single line in a separate pane. The period input sets the smoothing length for all three exponential averages, and the source input selects the price series. A warmup phase compensates the recursive averages until they stabilize. The script does not generate trade signals or exit rules.
