Overview

A function walks matching index and limit arrays and combines them into a single offset, returning na when the arrays are empty or of different sizes. Inputs for x, y, and z and each maximum decide which dimensions are included; a dimension is skipped when its maximum is not greater than zero. The offset is plotted as a line in a separate pane. It does not generate trade signals.
