Overview

Stochastic Slow (Momentum Oscillator) calculates the raw stochastic percentage based on price location within the highest high and lowest low range over a user-defined period, smoothing the result with custom simple moving average functions to generate the %K and %D lines. Horizontal reference lines are plotted at 80, 50, and 20 to mark typical overbought, middle, and oversold thresholds.
