// ALTERNATIVE 40: THE ULTIMATE COMBO
// THEORY: Combine EVERY successful element from Iterations 1-2
// - Fractional pyramiding (Alt 26, +33.5%): 100%→75%→50%→25%
// - Breakeven lock (Alt 21, +28.2%): Move to BE after 2N profit
// - Momentum gating (Alt 30, +23.6%): RSI filter for adds
// - Time tightening (Alt 25, +23.5%): Tighten stop after 30 bars
// - Multi-stage targets (Alt 10, +20.3%): 3N, 6N, 9N profit taking
// INSIGHT: If each element adds value independently, combining ALL should be optimal
// Trade-off: Maximum complexity, but theoretically the best of everything
// This is the "kitchen sink" approach - test if more is actually better
//
// BACKTEST RESULTS (SPY 2022-2025): +31.28% | Profit Factor: 1.348 | Win Rate: 51.93% | Max DD: 12.47%
// NOTE: "Kitchen sink" approach only 4th place - proves optimal combination > maximum combination

Overview

Seykota Alt 40: ULTIMATE sizes the first unit from a risk percentage of price and ATR, then adds smaller units when price advances by an ATR step and RSI is above or below a threshold. An initial ATR stop can move to breakeven, then trail and tighten after a set number of bars. Optional ATR profit targets, a higher-timeframe market moving-average filter, and a volume minimum can restrict trades. It allows several entries in the same direction.
