Overview
RSI + BB Signal Alert centers RSI on zero and classifies the second timeframe as up, sideways, or down. A buy appears when that trend is down or sideways and the first timeframe percent B is below the lowest line; a sell uses the opposite extreme. Signals require the condition to stay absent over a lookback. Settings change the moving-average type, lengths, deviation, and thresholds. It draws both bands and a horizontal line at the close, then sends one JSON alert per closed bar.
