Overview

Midpoint (MIDPOINT) uses TradingView highest and lowest functions, then averages them with multiplication by one half. The source input selects the series, defaulting to close, and the length input sets the lookback, defaulting to 14. A length of zero or less raises a runtime error. The result is drawn as a yellow line on the price chart. It does not generate entries, exits, or stops.
