For each bar it counts how many of the previous N completed bars overlapped a zone of plus or minus a multiple of ATR around the current close, giving a flat score from 0 to 1. A background shade marks flat conditions, and arrows appear when price leaves a flat run of a minimum length. An optional candle-direction check and a score pane are available. Labels are in Russian.
