Overview

Detrended Synthetic Price (DSP) derives a fast quarter-cycle EMA and a slow half-cycle EMA from a specified dominant cycle period, applying exact warm-up normalization for early bar stability. The script subtracts the slow EMA from the fast EMA to isolate cyclical swings, plotting the resulting oscillator line relative to a zero line in a separate pane. Settings allow adjustments to the input source and dominant cycle length.
