Overview

Chande Forecast Oscillator (CFO) fits slope and intercept over the chosen period using incremental sums, then expresses the forecast error as a percentage of price. The period and source inputs control the regression window and the series used. Values plot in a separate pane with a dotted zero line. Output stays empty until the period is filled, and the period is limited to 5000 bars.
