Overview
Capital Rotational Event (CRE) - Multi Pair Scanner calculates relative strength as the ratio between receiver and lead close prices, smoothed by a moving average, along with its momentum. Discrete bull, bear, or neutral state values are calculated for each asset pair and plotted in a separate pane. Additionally, background coloring highlights periods when a receiver displays a dominant bullish rotation.
