Overview
8-55 EMA Crossover NQ/MNQ Futures Strategy calculates three EMAs (8, 55, and 165 periods) and generates entry signals during a user-defined trading session when previous day volume thresholds are met. Exits are managed using a percentage-based trailing stop loss or fixed session windows. Inputs allow toggling long and short trades, customizing EMA lengths, adjusting retest bar windows, and setting trailing stop parameters. It overlays directly on the price chart and recalculates on every tick, causing live bar repainting.
The inputs you can change from the gear icon on the chart. Defaults are the author's.
